Photo Delivery Prep

Rename, resize, watermark, clean metadata, and package files for client delivery — all in your browser

Images, RAW files, and videos. Files are processed in filename order.

Delivery Options

How It Works

  1. Select your files — drag or choose JPEGs, PNGs, TIFFs, RAW files, or videos from your computer.
  2. Set a naming scheme — add an optional prefix and choose a starting number. The tool renumbers files in alphabetical order.
  3. Choose metadata options — for JPEG files, you can strip GPS coordinates, camera serial numbers, and software tags before delivery.
  4. Set delivery options — optionally resize images for web, add a watermark to proofs, or include a delivery receipt with the file manifest.
  5. Download the ZIP — one click produces a ready-to-send package with your renamed (and optionally processed) files.

Everything runs locally in your browser using JavaScript. Your files are never uploaded to a server.

FAQ

Do my files get uploaded?
No. All processing happens locally in your browser. Your files never leave your device.
What file types are supported?
JPEG, PNG, TIFF, WebP, BMP, GIF, HEIC, common RAW formats (CR2, NEF, ARW, DNG, etc.), and video files (MP4, MOV, AVI, MKV, and more).
Does this affect image or video quality?
By default, no — the tool only renames files and optionally strips EXIF metadata. Pixel data and video streams are not modified. If you enable resize or watermark, those features re-encode affected images through the browser's canvas API. Your original files on disk are never changed.
Why not rename on export?
Client deliveries often change after export — selects get revised, sequences shift. This tool lets you adjust naming and strip metadata without re-exporting from Lightroom, Capture One, or your NLE.
Can I process RAW and video files?
Yes. RAW and video files are renamed and packaged into the ZIP. EXIF metadata stripping is only available for JPEG files since RAW and video formats use proprietary metadata structures.
What does "Unlock Unlimited" mean?
Free users can process up to 10 files per batch. A one-time $9.99 payment removes this limit permanently. No subscription, no account required.
I already paid but my unlock is gone. What do I do?
Your unlock is stored in your browser. If you cleared your browser data or switched devices, use the "Restore Purchase" link that appears when you hit the free limit. Enter the email you used at checkout and your unlock will be restored.
Does resizing affect my original files?
No. Resizing creates new copies at the target size inside the ZIP. Your original files on disk are never modified. Resized images are saved as JPEG at your chosen quality level.
Can I watermark RAW or video files?
Watermarking and resizing apply to browser-displayable image formats (JPEG, PNG, WebP, BMP, GIF). RAW and video files are renamed and packaged as-is — they pass through untouched.
What's in the delivery receipt?
A text file included in the ZIP containing the delivery date, file count, a list of all filenames, and optional photographer/client info you provide. It serves as a record of what was delivered.
