By using Photo Delivery Prep, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Photo Delivery Prep is provided as-is for personal or professional use. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to process and modify any images you use with this tool.
The free version of the service is limited to processing up to 10 images at a time. Unlimited processing is available via a one-time purchase.
Payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as Merchant of Record. All billing, tax handling, and refunds are governed by Paddle’s systems and policies.
The service is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
Photo Delivery Prep shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including data loss or workflow interruption.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
